I have been involved in the funeral business in excess of 4years. Having worked with a local funeral director obtaining a Certificate in Funeral Practice (Cert FP).

I am currently studying to become a qualified grief and bereavement Councillor therefore fully proficient in all aspects of the funeral profession.

Before starting my funeral business I have been involved in business dependant on a high lever of customer care and service for 34 years in Kent, London and Sussex.

Consequently I have the life skills and experiences combined with a compassionate ability to organise a funeral that reflects the person who has died.

It should be a funeral to be proud of.

Simply a good funeral representing good service value and consideration relating to the needs and concerns of the family and close friends.

My business model is built around a modern personal service.

Dependent upon myself being totally responsible and available to the client in need of a funeral director.

I believe that anything the client wants or requests becomes, within reason, the obligation of the funeral director to supply at such a stressful and emotionally draining time. When the needs and wants of the deceased family loved ones and close friends are of the utmost importance.
